Q. Where is Northpoint Crossing located in comparison to Texas A&M?
A. We are located directly across the street from campus. We are located at the intersection of Texas & University which is the main intersection in the heart of College Station. We are a quick walk or bike ride to anywhere on campus. We are especially close to the Engineering school.

Q. What is included in the rent price?
A. We include water, sewer, trash, internet, and cable! The only thing you and your roommates are responsible for is electricity. We will bill you each month for your electricity usage so you do not need to set up the electric bill in your own name. We also have private bathrooms for EVERY bedroom.

Q. What other amenities are offered here?
A. We have 2 clubhouses, 2 pools, 2 gyms, 2 tanning beds, 2 aerobics rooms, sauna & steam room, several study rooms, FREE parking and FREE printing.

Q. What if I need help or have questions after I’ve moved into Northpoint?
A. We have a management team as well as a maintenance team located onsite. We are readily available seven days a week and will be there to help you with any questions.

Q. What if I don’t have any roommates to live with?
A. No problem! Our management staff completes the roommate matching process based on resident profile cards that are completed when you sign your lease.

Q. I will not have furniture, can you help me with that?
A. All of our apartments come fully furnished so you do not need to worry about that. Each bedroom will have a full size bed, dresser, desk and chair. In the living room you will have a sofa, chair, coffee table, TV stand and end table. You will also have bar stools in the kitchen.

Q. What kind of floorplans do you have?
A. We have a variety of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom floorplans.

Q. Will there be a laundry room available?
A. We provide a washer and a dryer in every single unit!

Q. When can I sign my lease agreement for Fall?
A. You can sign your lease today! Hurry in to our office and we can walk you through the process. Not in College Station yet? No problem. You can complete all of the necessary paperwork online by visiting this link. Select the unit size you wish to live and it will walk you through the full leasing process.

Q. What appliances are provided in each unit?
A. Refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Q. When is rent due/how can I pay rent?
A. Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a grace period until the 3rd day. Rent is considered late beginning on the 4th day of each month. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the 5th day.
