When did Northpoint Crossing open?

Phase 1 opened August of 2014 and our second phase opened in August of 2015!

How do I sign my lease agreement for Fall 2017?

You can sign you lease online by clicking “Apply Now” on the home page or stop by our leasing office located at Northpoint Crossing at 1501 Northpoint Lane.  We are open 7 days a week!

Do I need my parent/guardian with me to sign a lease agreement?

To sign a lease agreement we do NOT need your parent or guardian present if you are 18 years or older.

What if I do not have roommates?

No problem! Our management staff completes the roommate matching process based on resident profile cards that are completed when you sign your lease.

What is the lease term at Northpoint Crossing?

We offer twelve installment leases. The lease begins August 23, 2017 and ends on August 4, 2018. A limited amount of five and ten installment leases are available each year for an additional monthly premium.

What appliances are provided in each unit?

Refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer

What utilities are included?

Rental rates include cable, internet, water and sewer, and access to the 24 hour amenities and onsite management/maintenance.

What furniture options are available?

All units are fully furnished including living and bedroom furniture!

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

What type of leases do you offer?

We offer individual leases. This is a great option for you since each person is responsible for their own portion of the rent and not their roommates.
